    From what Ive been noticing is that all their speakers have a max rating of 1000 watts. I know peak isnt crap, but that is still nuts, and from what my buddy josh said they will take every watt and still be clean and clear. He said the cones on the mids are so thing that you can put one finger on top of the cone and the other on the bottom of the cone and still feel your fingers.

    Im really thinking I gotta check these things out and hopefully they are worth the money. I trust my buddy since he won multiable tropheys and has 1st place national trophies, but Im just trying to find out as much as i can before I go spending $1500+ on some comps.

    I was at my buddys shop today and I was looking for some new tweets and he walked into a back room and came out with a box of these tweeters and said these would do you good but you dont want to know the price on them. I was looking at the box and the specs where just nuts 220 watts rms, and 1000 watts peak......

    So now Im looking at ordering some of their comps maybe instead of running focal.

    Has anyone ever ran these before? He said he use to run them in his blazer back in his competition days and sounded great, but he hasent heard any of their new speakers at all.

    So if anyone knows anything about them, let me know!

  9. Amp Wont Push Subs, At All... :(

    It sounds like you are losing power someplace along the line.

    Check your power and ground wires!

    Make sure you got a good ground on the body and that it is tightly secured, you could even try regrounding your amp someplace else, but make sure to scrap any paint away to get the best ground possible.

    Also check to make sure your positive wire is connected tight at the battery.

    If you got a battery charger laying around, try hooking it up to the battery charger and just jump the 12volt positive to the remote and see if the amp plays. Dont try playing it to loud tho because the battery charger most likely cant supply the current needed for the amp. Or even talk to a buddy with a stereo and see if you can just try your amp in his ride.

    If you live in Wisconsin come stop by. Sheboygan is about a 50 minute drive north from Milwaukee, and a 50 minute drive south from Green Bay.

    Lol. Yes that is my car. All Im saying is that my tires are 255-35-20s.... Am I rich no, But I am a baller on a budget with a gold digger for a girl :lol:

    PS: Im so poor I have a dd 9512 and a spl dynamics ext-3000d for my audio. I was really thinking about stepping up to some jensen or sony subs and amps but I cant afford it on my "budget". :rolleyes:

    Okay so I start my car up and it idles normally for about 5 seconds then rev's outta control until its put in gear. I popped the hood and its the thing thats controlling the throttle its pushing it almost wide open, I'll take pics tomorrow but is it this part thats broken, or is it something else?

    Edit: Its a 1989 Cadillac Deville with a 4.5 liter V8

    Sounds like its the TPS (throttle position sensor). Ive had probloms on my 87 seville with it. I think it was only $60 bucks for a new one, and If I remember right all the non northstar engines use the same tps, so you may be able to find one in a bone yard from a older seville or eldorado.

    is there actully a hole in your amp that it could fall out of??? :blink:

    Im thinking it may be from something else in your trunk. Id deffinatly take the cover off the amp and look at the guts. Most likely if it is from your amp it would kick protection mode.

    Heh and when you got the cover off take some pics and send them to realmofexcursion.com becuase they got no guts of that amp..

    Wow, Is that amp actully worth $75, I bought mine 3 months ago from a friend for 15 bucks when my kx650.4 decided to stop working. I guess I got a good deal on it! All I know is its a good amp, seems to be kind of old however and less rms wattage then the kicker 650.4, but seems to play louder and cleaner then the kicker. Good amp imo.

    I got no interest in it however, but thanks for posting because now I know the specs on it which is a bonus because I searched all over the net and couldnt find them.
