I'm workin on a price and to see if I can get it in bulk. I've worked with window films before so this stuff should be the same to install. maybe if I get enough people, I can do some other cars as well.

Given this recent event, i've decided to up my security system a little. And well I haven't found a way I could use propane to burn the little bastards up I guess I'll have to work on something a little different. Ive been bouncing this idea around for awhile.

I have the companies info and can order direct. They also make an 8 channel and if I can get the same frame rate out of that then I will go with 8.
I'm also looking to redo the alarm and sirens because as of now, what I have doesn't do jack shit.

So i have this 15' screen that i'm lookin at and it has an adapter that takes it from 110 to 12v. Now would this be 12dc ov ac? next, how would one go about changing this this what ever kind of plug it is into something that can recive an rca input?
Anyone follow? I thinkin of a come back soon.........

Adding an extra siren is easy so is the battery backup which is a siren with a battery in it. It didn't matter much in my case but every little bit helps. I think i'm gonna put an old bank robbery bell on my ride so that way people will at least look in that direction.

So I have this HP media center that needs some help. I'm don't know jack shit bout computers so it's hard to explain nor can I be walked through any kind of help. I'm more then willing to throw a few steaks on the bbq and put a few on ice to anyone who enjoys fixing all the bugs this thing has.
I'm having problems with keeping connected to the internet, my "media center" has never worked, I get a list of things that are wrong when I start it up and so on.
So i put this out to my friends to come on over before I "fix" it with a hammer

I've been very happy with the abuse the Powerbass Xtremes have taken this year.
I've used the mid to high level Ma Audio for installs and those have kicked ass.
Then if your looking for a badass SQ sub look into the Selenium Extreme subs. They love very small boxes and will take a boatload of abuse.

how loud does the sound need to be to do the hair trick? i am hitting 140.1 on the TL and cant achieve this. maybe when i get the BTL i can
It's not so much of how loud you are as much as the tunning. I'm not near as loud as Steve or Rusty but I can move a lot of air cause I'm tuned real low. Never hurts to try it out.

Knigsuv what size is your stock alternator? Bigarsenal what size is your alternator? mrwiggles may have a point depending on the size of the stock atlernator you may need a bigger one.

It's a factory 90amp charges to 13.6 all day.
2 batteries won't kill your charging system. Maybe in the long run but not if your smart with it.
Alts tend to go you when the battery has let go and now the alt is tring to make up for the loss of battery charge. I tend to see this with the cheaper batteries.

HD sells extenders that will clamp the 2 ends together then wrap the shit out of it.

13 batteries off of a stock alternator? I don't doubt you, sounds crazy, but how long do those suckers take to recharge after a hard run? What kind of batteries? Optima, stinger, AA's, 9V Energizers???
I run 8 Batcap 800's 3 Everstarts and 2 yellow tops. I can recharge pretty quick between runs. Maybe a little longer when I give those xtra long demos

I use an external bass knob on mine not those cheapo' that come with some amps. Those seem to just work on the bass boost on the amp but don't really have any control. i've also noticed that it will boost the noise with the bass. What I have will take the amp signal from 0 to 100%

I have done that in the past. I use 60 hz to set or gain match my amps. I do like to keep from giving my customers full tilt on there stuff. That way it will last longer. Some people do not have self control so I use good judgement for them.

You'll want to run both a postive and negitive to your rear battery. Fuse that run close to the rear battery and fuse it at the front battery. Then run your power and groung from the back battery to the amp. make sure you use the proper size wire. You should be fine with the factory alt as long as it is working well now. I run 13 batteries of a factory alt with no issues.

Depends on how far the run is and how many amps your pulling. If all you have is a ton of 4 and no 0 gauage then use that

i would look at the discharge rate difference between the two, Both batteries might have a different rate. If that's the case, then your charging system will be working more to charge the one battery over the rest
