  4. i have a saz 3500d, how much cash you talkin?
  5. I'm doing the same exact thing and never thought of it like that. Does anyone know which way to face the speakers? I was always just going to face them towards the back of my trunk but now I'm second guessing, could the sound get inside the car if its sealed off? It would be kind of like a wall facing the other way. Can anyone help us out?
  6. yea i was interested in this too, lookin to get the same for my car
  7. tryin to get my box specs right

  8. http://www.amazon.com/Lanzar-OPTI2000D-Optidrive-Competition-Amplifier/dp/B0002YU43C i would say that if your electrical is up to par for the amplifier and the final VC configuration is going to end up being @ 0.65 ohm, yeah do that this! if you dont know what he means by electrical up to par meaning your car having *the big three* bigger power wire from alt to battery, engine ground to frame, and battery ground to frame ok i can do all that, ill have it done tomorrow, i have about 23 foot of 0 guage wire total, would that be enough or would i need more? What car do you have. Your taking a HUGE jump into this which is usually a very bad idea. 1996 audi a4, pretty sure the alt. has 120 amps, atleast i think thats what it said
  9. since the subs are 1000 rms and the amp is 2000 rms like rebel said they will get 366 each so they will be underpowered 2000/3 is 666 not 366 right? so wouldnt they get 666.67? Hell even at .5 still under powered with 4 subs. At .5 with 4 subs you will see 500wrms per woofer.

  11. google these: Lanzar OptiDrive 2000d Amp pioneer premier champion series pro 2008 d4
  12. you will 99 percent sure pop the fuses, im not sure *too lazy to google* if the amp is one ohm stable, if it is just stay barely above one its rated at .5 ohms (thats where it gets its 2000wrms from), and was everything i said about wiring and stuff right? if so would u just stick with the 1.3 ohms over the .65 even though "it says" to can go to .5? idk whether or not to believe em
  13. ok im a noob to this site and a noob at wiring systems, learnin more everyday so your guy's help would be nice, ok from my understanding i have a mono block amp and the amp starts at 4 ohms and u divide that by however many speakers you put on the amp, so 2 speakers u would take the 4 ohms you started with and divide it by 2 and then your amp would then run on 2 ohms, im looking to run 3 pioneer premier pros to a lanzar opti drive 2000d so that would drop it down to 1.3 correct? but my speakers are dual voice coil so doesnt that make it almost like 2 speakers in one so would my amp then drop to .65 ohms? and if so would this amp be able to drop so low without blowing fuses? it has a built in fan if that matters at all
