Any of you guys know if its illegal to record someone at their house like in there front yard or in there property.

Ok thanks guys. My neighbor asked me since he says the neigbor next to him films him everytime he does something like cut a tree or put up a fence. She is on her side and films over the fence through her window.

I think so, I believe you need to have consent to film someone.

If its plain view, she's ok. Even into the backyard from her window.
