A certain person has called my number and others in the city alot of times and sometimes they dont say anything just hang up. What can i do im getting tired of this. Can anyone help?

Call it back and tell them "TO FUCK OFF"....

i havent tryed calling back but others said they have and all they get is a message that phone isnt in service
