Some corners of my box are chipped, can i get some putty to shape it into place? Also, some joints of my box are not matching kinda unlevel. Can silicone filler fix this? Thanks. -

Getting a More Poweful Amp than speakers can handle. question

exactly -
yea, i had the 800a4 running them, they were great. my girl is dying though smh. i just dont want to go too much backwards you know? yea, i already know about them, and they are out of the price range lol
-
i made sure not to add vs, what should i change to? and are those better than the tarantula and rubicon? could you break down the lines in accordance to the superiority? (im new to soundstream) I'd take the comparison factor out of your title And IMO the Reference amps are the ONLY Soundstream amps worthy of the name they established back in the day. All the others, Rubicon, Picasso, Tarantula, are just middle of the line at best. There a lot of technology in the Ref amps that they kept. Insane specs like 3000+ damping factor. These have nothing in common with the other lines they carry. Not trying to bash, just sayin. sounds good, just WAY out of my price range lol. they are just running some type s components. =/

Getting a More Poweful Amp than speakers can handle. question

my philosophy is to get a amp that is more powerful than needed, but still properly setting gains. This will allow voltage drops and not straining the amp to do more than what it can handle with increased amprage pull. is this a good practice? or just get the amp that i actually need for it. i.e a 80RMS capable amp for a 80RMS speaker vs a 100RMS capable amp for a 80RMS speaker -
im open to the opinions, because im not open to my bank account lol
