Heres the thing. most of the people who are oging to cheap out and buy a bargain bin alternator are not going to really know what the hell they are doing. They can't test it. They won't clamp it. they will be wowed by their alt that cost half as much as a mechman or dc or an ohio gen and does just as good a job., (gag gag gag) They wont realize its more placebo than performance. Think of this. You can't buy a stock alt for that much.
i agree. all feedback were novice compliments. fast shipping and all sort. idc about fast shipping if its crap lol. no true rating from tests.

I got a 250amp alt from a ebay dealer. Does 14.9 all the time no more lights dimming, seems to just as strong as my 300 irragi in a past vehicle.
who was the seller? and how much did you pay?

i know it can handle 400RMS, but what is REALLY the max they can handle. what is yours set @? got 2 of them. playing it more safe than sorry and 400rms each for now.
when i say max they can handle, im not really asking the max as far as peak goes. the maximum continuous wattage they can handle.

yea, i see where you all are coming from. thanks for such the quick input. but DC power is good i know, but extremely high. what is a manufacture that makes quality alts at a cheap price? being that i have an import, my options are rather limited.

thinking about getting an alternator for my car. i have a 96 es300. thinking about this:
but hesitant as i have not seen anything about this on forums elsewhere. 100% FB and 1 year exchange sounds good, but idk. any input? i currently have a deka 9a34 under the hood. i'm running 2 CVRs, 4 type s mids. zeus 1308.

i am assuming the playstation is being ran off of a power inverter. even with the car off, it still pulls a small draw that can slowly add up. adding a relay to it will help that problem. dont know if the shop that installed this setup did this. ask them. nice set up by the way. probably cost a grip to do.
