  3. Amps fixed it was my dumb ass I heard zapping from the buss bars earlier today before charging never thinking anything about it but found out my buss bar ground wasn't in full contact with the wire to the amp I just happen to look inside the buss bar hole to see the wire was barely in guess I should have checked my buddies work from now on I'll do it myself I feel like a ass my buss bar holes are 1/0i need to cut more bare wire
  4. That didn't work either
  5. i will try this right now
  6. i triple checked everything. all is hooked up fine glad its under warranty looks like its getting sent out been working fine for months nothing was changed
  7. yeah its all fine batteries are installed in the trunk nothing up front so its easy to check thought maybe my remote wire messed up somehow so i ran a new one and still nothing... that will suck if i have to disconnect my batteries each time thats why i got this charger to float my 3100's
  8. yeah it was hooked up while they was charging
  9. yeah either have i. Just seemed funny how it worked fine up til i charged the batteries
  10. So today my DC 175.4 amp worked all day put the batteries on charge with a XS AGM intellicharger now amp wont turn on checked power ground and remote and still nothing any ideas? did charging mess the amp up?
  11. Order #100001307 can you sign mine please
  12. That's umm..weird. I get a voltage drop of .12 when I turn my lights on. Goes from 14.7v to 13.4v - 12.9v...depends on the day. I have neglected on upgraded my ground on my alternator...so I'm pretty sure that's probably the reason behind it. yeah idk i heard other people talking about it with different gm vehicles that's how i found out about it. they have computer controlled voltage regulator that shuts of the alternator at different times but having the headlights on keeps the alternator charging
  13. I had trouble upgrading mine but since awhile ago now DC power and mechman makes h/o Alts i had to get mine from ohiogen also make sure to leave your headlights on when your banging around or else the alt wont put out all its power it will stop charging, matter of fact i did not believe this until i got some voltage meters i was sitting at 12.3 while lights was off once i turned them on few seconds later i was up at 14.5 i dont know if this is just a "cobalt" thing but i have heard of other new gm cars with the same thing just a heads up
  14. You can try Ohio gen i have one from them and i have had no issues but def don't buy junk save up money for something good and worth it
