    this is the oddest thing i literally just designed a tline for one of their 8s... should be building it sometime this week. fs of 28hz.. 10 ft port.. should be interesting.. going to put it under my bed. in the same room as my 18" dayton i would be interested, only i just spent the rest of my fun money for august. need to save up for winter now... good luck though

    if your into rock/hairmetal check out firehouse. i always use them to tune in EQ setups for rock/metal type music. also they are my fav hairmetal band. edit: for an idea of what you'll get are nice good solid bass drum kicks and a few little synsths every once in a great while.

    kay well me being as impatient as i am.. im goin to let this thread go for another hours or 2 and if not convinced otherwise, im going with the 2.5s sadly they have parts on back order and i wont recieve them till mid sept. but as of now thanks everyone for their input it is much appreciated.

    meh im leaning towards the aq 2.5s right now especially seeing how we dont have a dealer for AA in michigan. ive tried contacting xtreme custom car audio but their numbers dont work... i dont think i could beat the price and from what i understand they make an excellent product.

    like it says im in the market for some 12s, at 1000-1200 rms max, and i dont really want to spend more than 300ish for them. so what ive been looking at are the AA arsenals(depending on price), AQ sdc2.5s but what else is out there? or what would you run in this range?
