I think 4 of them on 1 12k will be brutal. He's already doing mid 150s with 2 18s, he should see a pretty good gain from more cone area. Plus with 4 of them sharing the power he could bang on them all day and not worry about hurting them. There is also no way the current electrical setup could handle 24,000 watts

She will probably donate 2 of them to me, since we are fellow team mates and g6 owners... I kid I kid

I was gonna say the same thing. On a truck that heavily modified the only thing remotely stock is probably the body and MAY BE the motor. Really just comes down to who is the better fabricator

Am I seeing something different than everyone else? I'm pretty sure the one that got pulled apart was an 80s Chevy and the other one was a late 80s or early 90s Ford. Look at the grill of the one that ripped apart. By The Way I like Chevys so no Chevy hating here Edit: Just watched again it's an 80s Chevy for sure

Yeah kind of a space issue. I'm gonna play with it and see how well 8 cubes would fit. I was thinking smaller port area to be more musical, and also because of 3000 watts per sub(before rise). This will be a box for LOUD daily pounding not really for numbers. I plan on doing a different box for competitions depending on how well this one meters. This box might be great for those music classes though What size was that port you flared for Adam Sandlers' box, 8 inch? If so do you still have the mold for it?

Sub(s) and port up(driver side) is what I've found to be the loudest so far. I tried sub up port firing to the passenger side but haven't tried firing to the driver side

Great info, I would love to see a pic of that box with the 6 4" ports. My box will be going in an 01 S-10 extended cab, subs and ports facing up. Did you use any 45s in your box? I actually already have 3 4" kits that I got from Parts Express a couple of years ago and never used so I would only need 3 more

I want to try my first aeroport box but can't decide what is enough port area. Before anyone says it YES I have done research before I made this but I want more opinions. This will not be made for numbers just daily beating with the ability to sound good with a wide range of music. I was thinking 7 cubic feet net, 2 6" ports tuned to 34-35 hz. Any opinions? Equipment is 2 Audioque HDC3 15s and a Lanzar opti 6k
