The guy I bought my subs off of had two 12" and two 15" mephis mojos in his car. I know it's not as big of a size difference as what your talking about, but he said it sounded great and some other guys we both knew said it sounded great and got super loud.

System specs? I have two d2 12" Memphis mojo, an dd m3a amp (I think it's 2400rms), alpine head unit, jl door speakers, a jl amp for the door speakers, I have two batteries in the back I can't remember what kind they are, I don't know what my box is tuned to because I bought it from someone. And I don't have the whole big three but I have two of the wires upgraded I don't remember which one for sure and it's to dark here to check. Sorry that I don't know all my equipment but some of it was given to me as birthday and Xmas presents. So I didn't pick all of it out.

I usually turn it down when innocent people are in the line of fire too but I was bored and the only person I felt sorry for was the guy in front of me because the girls behind me were trashy and I just didn't feel remorse for them. For other reasons which I won't say here because I don't want to offend Antibes lifestyle choices

Last night my little brother and I went to Mcdonalds for dinner. After we ordered we paid and had to sit in between the drive thru windows for about five minutes. I turned around to see who was behind me and I saw there were two trashy white girls in the car behind me and some guy by himself in the car in front of us. So my brother and I decided to turn up my subs a little and when we did Mcdonalds employees came to both drive through windows to look out and see who it was making so much noise. And the people in front of and behind me looked out their windows at me also. All the employees liked it (because they were all smiling) but when I got up to the window to pick up my food a girl I know who works there came to the window and was like "Damn Cameron could you shake everything in here a little more?" she then told me everyone in Mcdonalds could hear it and I really did shake some stuff inside. Idk if anyone really cares about this story but I figure this would be the only place to tell it to anyone. Oh I also ordered a McGangbang for my dinner

@deeje the only place I can put the subs so that they could be pointed up would be right up against hatch so then the port would either have to be right against my hatch or the port facing toward the front of my car

@RickyFriery97 yea cuz the wheel wells are in the way and the box is on legs to put the box up above the wheel wells. I have subs back port back so I can see out my back window. And if I put subs up then I wont b able to see out the back.

Poeple told me my mojos would hit harder and better if the port was bigger

Ok right now I have subs back port back. Because I don't have the space to have subs up port back because of the wheel wells

Ok so im thinking about making a new box for my mojos in a few weeks but I was wondering if port up subs back would work the same as subs up port back because the port is still the same size. But its just in a different spot. Any serious answers would be greatly appreciated

@hdorre- Ok I have a 97 Toyota 4runner and the box that the mojos are in was custom made for them. @D-train-13k: my back window rolls down also (the one on my hatch) would that cause them to unload if that was down while I was driving also?

Hdorre that quote was from my other post that I was talking about peoplesaying it does effect the subs. But will the windows being open while I'm driving and playing it loud have any effect on them? And playing loud with a door open effect them any?

People on this site and the owner of the carshop that installed these told me that. They all said it has to do with air space and that playing subs at a high level with the hatch open will let to much air be sucked into the port and the hatch bounces soundwaves back and keeps the sub from "overexcursion". I have 2 12" Memphis mojo d4 (the new ones) 1 dd m3a amp

Ok, so I know that having my hatch open on my car will damage my subs but willdriving with my windows down or parked with my doors open also have the same effect? I just wanna make sure of these things so I do ot blow them again after the cartridge comes in and I install it.

Since there are two different kinds of mojo m3 or c3 I've heard it called both and then the cm cast. The cmcast is better than the c3 or m3. So would the w6be better than the m3

I know this might he kinda dumb. But my friend offered to sell me his 2 jl w6 for 450 in a box would they be good also. Idk what size they are but if they are smaller than 12" Im not gonna buy them.
