  1. Finally got Video #1 up from saturdays show. Check it out and show your boy some love! There will be stripper hair tricks in Video #2!! So stay tunned!!!
  2. Good call guys! My subsonic filter goes from 10hz-50hz. And it was turned like 90% up!!
  3. Hell yea I want to be able to get low! To be honest with you I have no idea. I haven't messed with my gains in forever!!
  4. Ok so I feel like my system is not getting as low as I want. Could be because I'm running HDC3's and the suspension is tighter than a virgins pussy lol, could be because I'm under powering them badly, could be because of my tuning? I tuned it to 33hz, which I thought would be a frequency. But anyways the best song I've played in my truck as far as demo wise on the lows is Dorrough- Trunk Bang. I wanted to know what the low note was so I threw it in audacity. I took 2 screen shots (1 of the high peak and 1 of the low peak). Are these frequencies correct?? ^^^^^The high note in the song is 46hz^^^^^ ^^^^^The low note in the song is 31hz^^^^^
  5. I need a demo playlist. Help mi out. I have 2 18's tuned to 33hz.
  6. mdf screws? lol. care too explain..ive been in construction for many moons never heard of these....also birch is so much stronger an lighter imo..did you guys know that mdf is porous you can suck a piece of paper with a shop vac through a 3/4 piece....and if you take subs in an out you will strip mdf easy No shit? I know birch is the way to go. Its just getting to be a pita to find it in my city right now.
  7. As far as strength goes though? I plan on glassing my box no matter what.
  8. Damn no menards here. I'll definitely check home depot. But I'll more than likely just stick with mdf. Thing i hate about it is that is splits so easily on edges.
  9. Well my local Lowes tells mi that they are not restocking their supply of Birch plywood because they are about to stop carrying it. Idk if this is true or they were just bullshiting mi. I've only used mdf before and with this build being my most legit build to date I wanted to use birch. If I'm not concerned with the weight of the wood do I not have much to worry about? Opinions and suggestions are appreciated.
  10. 2 aq2200's. I'm tunning to 34hz so I'll still have my high end.
  11. I think this will be the design I'm going with.
  12. Ok im going to move them all the way to the front of the box.
  13. I downloaded torres off here for free and just google "google sketchup" you can download it from there.
  14. The clearence is tight for the sub to clear the port.
  15. You don't think tuning is too high? And the reason I put the port on the driver side is because I heard that port on the driver side is louder in suv's on the meter. I'm going to do a sketchup real quick and post a pick. Let mi know what you think.
  16. Let mi know what you think? My 2nd 18 should be here Wednesday!!
  17. I guess great minds think alike! Lol I'm doing the same setup in my 99 Hoe!! Will definitely be tuned in! What are you going to power them with?
  18. Ok I know everybody and their mom will probably tell mi to get my alarm/remote start installed professionally, and I understand how difficult it is to install an alarm/remote start. But I WANT/NEED to learn how to do these installs. This is my own vehicle and I've had the alarm since December. All I'm asking for is anybody's tips, tricks, hints, walk-through's, advice, and or experiences. What would be amazing is if there is somebody in South Carolina that could help/oversee/walk mi through the install!! I live in Myrtle Beach and I wouldn't mind driving an hour or 2 for the experience. Oh and it's a Viper 5701 alarm/remote start that's going in my 1999 Chevy Tahoe!! Thanks ahead of time.
  19. Lol that's pretty much what I'm going to have to do.
