I got my first comp coming up. MECA S2 class. I should have my lvl 4s in tomorrow. There is a guy in the area that said he will blow me with his single 13W7.. I dont know how to react to that cause I have never heard a W7. Im pretty sure having 3 times his power and a bit more cone area has me on top. But I am tuned low and i dont know his tune but I cant imagine tuning a W7 higher

I can play stuff much lower than it and not drop a .2v.. Im tuned low, Luda's "How low can you go" wants to lift the back of the car up and it doesnt drop much voltage at all

I just went for a little test drive and it is MUCH better.. But it still drops to the lowest of 12.2 on Bia Bia and its not even loud in my set up? Dont get that

No I dont.. Ill see what happens when I get the other one in tomorrow. If it doesnt help then will look into XS more. But for how much it would cost to change them out I could get the Rockford and run it a 2ohms and call it a day.

I think I found the problem. I guess when the Alternator got installed the Big 3 terminal sparked on something. It was pretty burnt up. I changed it out and it even seems to idle better

Ill check that.. When it drops it doesnt stay there long, it pops right back up. Im hoping the 2nd trunk batt will help enough to get by until I can save for a T2500bdcp Ive been wanting. It should be in tomorrow

Optima.. Its funny cause the voltage drops more at speed then at idle it seems, at less with the A/C on. I dont get it

Current set up EA 200 amp HO/ Big 3 in 1/0 Group 34 Yellow Top/front Group 51 Yellow Top/back Crescendo BC2000 at .5ohms 2 Alpine Type Rs( getting replaced soon by 2 Level 4s ) I have one more group 51 coming for the rear to make 2 trunk batteries total(132 AH total) My Stinger multimeter is wired in with my HU and it drops much further then I felt it should. Even with nothing on it drops a .2/.3 at times. My Voltage control tops out at 13.8 but I cruise with nothing on at 13.6. It will drop to the 11s on some songs at interstate speeds. This is happening with the amp not even maxed out cause the Alpines only handle so much What do I do next? Please help, I dont want to smoke this amp

Got 2800 rms now should be going to 4500 soon as I can find a place to put more batteries. So what are the steps.
