  1. Fully custom aluminum dually big block rod my buddy built. If you went to SEMA your probably saw it. Pretty crazy the amount of fabrication work (He builds EVERYTHING himself in his shop in a small town here in western NC. Has some SERIOUS talent.   2. because the subs weigh 92 pounds each and when they get moving he needs something strong. The stronger the box the better! Keeps the sound going were you want it rather then box flexing.

    i don't think they weigh that much. Probably 65-70lbs each.

    Think they are a hair over that, not 92 though. If I remember right the Lvl 5 motor weighs like 80lbs by itself.

    Loving this build, can't wait to see how this thing does for you. You'll love the 9.0's, mine are by far my favorite amp I've ever owned.
