i take it that having a not so beautiful ride and a small system doesnt get you looked at very well?

took the words right out of my mouth....i would build a bandpass box if i was you and port it up through the rear deck. i have never really liked bandpass. maybe because ive never seen any god ones. you wouldnt happen to have a model pic of a nice one? and how exactly would a bandpass box differ from just an ordinary ported with ports facing up? thanks P.S. if you could also keep in mind im pushing 2 15" L7's if sub type is important for a certain box build. i know theyre not much but its what i have now and my budget wont allow for an upgrade anytime soon

why not just off ebay. they are least expensive on there

your problem could def. be the ground. try a different ground or you can get a ground loop noise filter as i did. worked like a charm i wired my whole setup with stinger you can get a nice stinger noise filter for like $11 on ebay

have you tried to go into the settings on the deck see if you disabled auto turn on?

i was hoping to build a rear speaker deck to house 4 6x9's :/

AS TO COMPARING SUB BOX TYPES. I KNOW ONLY PRETTY MUCH BASIC AS TO SEALED AND PORTED. REAR FIRING. I WAS HGOPING YOUD BE ABLE TO EDUCATE ME A LITTLE BIT AS I AM TRYING TO BUILD A BOX TO GET THE MOST OUT OF MY SUBS. I HAVE BUILT BOXES BEFORE. BUT THIS TIME IT IS COMPLICATED DUE TO MY PROJECT BEING A LEXUS LS400 WITH A GAS TANK BETWEEN MY REAR SEAT AND TRUNK. ITS HARD TO GET ANY BASS THROUGH. PLEASE HELP :/
