  1. quotes taken from http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/betteru9.htm " As you are rotating the bar and locking down your shoulders, lift your torso slightly off the bench and force your shoulder blades together tightly underneath your torso. This will force your shoulders back and puff your chest out, placing the pectorals in a position where they have a more effective line of pull. It also has the added bonus of making your torso thicker, reducing the distance you need to press the weight. Keep your shoulder blades squeezed tightly behind you for the duration of the set." read around, all the "proffesionals" say there should be an arch in ur back
  2. good shit man. next time u bench, try moving ur feet back as far as they can go, and widen them a little bit more than usual, while still being flat, and when u push the bar up, push with the balls of ur feet while still keeping ur feet flat( ya iknow, push with ur feet sounds weird but it helps) also, arch ur back and dig ur traps into the bench, that way its only that much less u have to bring the bar down.

make sure u have the remote plugged in, but only turn it no more than half way. and the bass eq i was talking about is the one thats on the amp, play with that a little and u will hear a big difference in bass, just dont go past half way. i am running an Ascendant Audio Havoc 18" at 1ohm.

i have the same amp, and i have experienced(sp) that u need to have the bass eq on the amp up about half way, then set gains accordingly.
  5. I have this Ascendant Audio Havoc 18" in my 1999 Ford Explorer dont hate on the box , its the first one iv built and i learned my lesson the hard way. i used alot of glue and didnt use enough screws, and, well, when i was backing out of my "yard", because i was pulled up into it, i drove to fast over frozen tire tracks that were deep. i hear a crack/clap noise, and look to see my box missing some walls, it fell apart basically. (damn i felt like an ass). so basically i gave the box surgery, thats why u may see screws stickin up and shit. il be makin a new box when the weather gets warmer, so dont hate on the box please. the textured paint job is sketchy cuz i wasnt sure weather to just paint or carpet it. whatever heres what i got Car, Kinetik HC2000 up front, 1/0 Knu KLM power wire Alpine 9856, u see wires because i took the pics as i was still running the wire Few random pics of the sub sub in car amp, bxi1606d RF p2 8's for midbass, and kenwood amp for them. going in soon
