You could always glass the box in to the spare tire well in the trunk. I did it in my eclipse, I got 8 cubes, 2 cvx 15s. Im happy with it.

At the risk of sounding like a complete noob, im at 140-143 now on music, Im going to double the wattage, and add 50% more cubes. Thats not enough to gain 7db? How much more do you think it would take? Really appreciate all you guys help!!

I have an 01 Eclipse, Stock electrical, big 3, all 4ga wire. 2 cvx 15s in sealed box 4.2 cubes, hifi 1500d ( soon to be 2) . Right now I hit about 143db with spl meter. My goal is 150db and to be able to hair trick. Should I keep the 2 cvx 15s? Or go to one, to have more cubes for the one sub? I have about 6 internal cubes total to build a box. Looking for advice on building the box, and any other advice you may have. 23" depth 37" wide 16" height Really appreciate anyones help.
