Ok. With the port Where you have it placed it will be firing under the passenger side rear seat. From the rear driver side door(closed) I can use 36". So there is roughly 28" from the port to the rear passenger side door. But the seat prevents making the box any wider.

One question. Is the port area a little small. It looks like 13.6 to me. But I'm not real confident in my knowledge of what proper port area should be. From what I've read shouldn't it be around 15-16?

Damn that is exactly what I was looking for. And I am only using the 60 side of the the 60/40 split seat for the enclosure. And I talked with twistedchild420 and the owner of dad and they told me 6 cube. The subs are 500w rms with a fs of 27.6htz. Those are all the specs I have on them as of now. I am planning on running 2 Dad kmh 15's. I will be powering them with 1000w rms. I am having trouble with the box design on torres. Im looking for 6 cube net with a tuning of 32htz or close to it. My max dimensions are 36w,32h,18d. I really appreciate any and all help.

It looks like those subs would work best in a 4.5cube sealed enclosure. But you should be close for ported. You are already unhappy with what you have already. At least with aeros you should be louder.

I've been wondering the same thing. Hypothetically 1 15 rated at 1000w vs 2 12s rated 500w a piece. Given each is in proper enclosure and both powered by same amp at same ohm load. Which do you choose???????

Thanks guys. As far as measurements I can go 36w, 20d, 40t. I'm 95% set on going with a DAD BD 15 rated at 1000w rms. The amp is a Rockford T-1000 bdcp. As far as a goal I would say SQL leaning more toward SQ over SPL.

Those could very a little. the height could stretch up to 25 or 26", with the top Shrinking to 4 or 5".
