Instead of telling him not to do something why not give him advise on what to do??? He has the right idea just needs advise and that's why he posted this thread.
Daniel you are on the right track just need to do some tweaking to you box like they said above with more port area, at least double baffle depending on your internal bracing.
Its more so he doesnt blow up thousands of dollars worth of equipment, I dont want to see the guy get dissaponted and just quit audio altogether, with a build this big you will run into random issues you never thought of so its better to start off with a smaller build then work your way up to something like this. So you would trust 400lbs of subs on a double baffle? Not this guy

Just by looking at the box you designed you arent ready for a build this big. Do 2 x 12's on 1 3500 for now and then step up to the 8 on the 4 3500's once you have a little more experience. FYI I have 8 12"s in my truck and I have a 4 layer front baffle and the rest of it is 2 layers, on top of that its braced with 3/4" threaded rod, 80' of angle iron and a ton of fiberglass.....

There aren't any onboard fuses and in the manual it doesnt say what the recomended inline fuse is. Email coleman, he can tell you

This amp is getting hardly any love anywhere, it's like everyone wants to hate this amp... i don't get it, it's so sweet for the money.
I havent seen anyone post anything negative about ct sounds amps, I have a ct sounds at500.1 waiting to go in my sierra
