  1. Like it says, Im looking for a single sensor tl possibly a double sensor if the price is right, trying to keep it under $500 shipped to 77619 or I have a bunch of stuff to trade: cadence xah250.2 amp, infiniti kappa 6 3/4" coax's, brand new rockford prime 6x8"s, about 12-13' of rockford 4awg, tc sounds epic 8 motor and basket.

  2. aq750, lanzar opti1400d, american bass vfl80.1, ab ph2500md, massive n2 should all work if you care easy on the gains and keep an eye on your voltage. Personally Im partial to lanzar opti's, mine is an absolute monster considering what I paid for it

  3. all 4 are good brands, I love my aq's they got loud as hell before they blew and seem even louder with the psi recones.

Sundown, Fi, Obsidian, aq, dd, dc, psi, ascendant, ssa are all good brand and will shit on the cvx

  4. Everything should be off before you hook anything up.

    Ground dd-1

    Probe to POS speaker terminal

Turn on system and play selected track

    Turn on dd-1

just did it, it went into protect a few seconds after the amp turned on

sounds like you shorted the amp thru the DD-1. did you go from neg batt in the bank to the pos batt terminal on the amp or the pos speaker terminal?

    speaker

  5. Did you do it with the car running or on? Also Im pretty sure the manual says amp ground not battery, but as long as your vehicle is a uni body i don't think that should matter.

both on and off, my amps are grounded straight to the rear batt bank

Is this with the amp turned off?

    Was the DD-1 turned off?

    both on

Are you absolutely sure you hooked it to negative and not positive?

yep, it did the same when I hooked it up to the neg on each rear batt

  6. It worked great when I first got it, set my opti6k and jl 4 channel without a problem, its been sitting on a shelf in my garage since then (about 2 months ago). Im building a new box and in the mean time I threw a mtx 10" and a cadence 2 channel in so I could have some bass while I get the new box done, when I went to dd1 the cadence I had the dd1 neg grounded to the rear battery and when I put the positive lead to the positive terminal on the amp it sparked and put the amp into protect. Figured it might have been the amp but it did the same to my jl. It was with the 40 hz -5 db on the cadence and 1khz -5 db on the jl. any ideas?
