I have an 03 escort and an 18 treo sub I want to put in the trunk.If anybody has pulled this off I'd like to know how and the box measurements.Off course it'll be sub up port back.

I mean yeah I like pissing people off with it at times.I'm not saying I wanna go everywhere with my windows down and have my system full tilt to see if I can get pulled or robbed.Call me bandwagon if you want but I'm not the only person that wants to acheive this goal.Sorry I asked a question.and thanks for the answers.

No guys I don't want my rattle!and sorry I'm new to this kind of stuff.I wanna stop the rattle but I still want people to hear the bass down the street.Not the rattle down the street.that's why I'm asking this.lighten up.

Ok so my trunk rattles a lot and I want to get sound deadener but somebody told me it would be quieter on the outside of the car.If it stops the rattle and makes it louder on the inside,shouldn't it be louder on the outside?(As far as people hearing me from down the street)because that's what I want.Someone please explain or tell me if my theory is right!

I'd go with obsidian or sundown sa-12s.I have obsidian 12s and I've read that sundown is lenient towards spl but can go daily.obsidian vice versa.My obsidians get low and loud and I've seen some good numbers from them on youtube.

I can't remember any specs of the box but it was pretty big.I think like 5 cubes or somewhere around there.It wasn't the design I suggested but my buddies told me it would sound good so I'm like why not.

Yeah that's what we were thinking that the port was too close too the back wall.Its 2 obsidian 12s on an autotek sm1-1500.would post pics but I'm workin from my phone atm.

So this is the second box that I've built and I tried to switch it up by doing one L port on the right side instead of 2 L ports down the middle.I hook up the subs and they sounded decent but when I put my hand in the port there was nothing coming from the port.I stuck my whole arm in there and still felt nuthing.So me and a buddy took the subs out and the magnents were kinda hot.Does anybody know why this happened?I'm so confused lol.
