So I run wire from my alt to this then my computer and then I run another wire from alt to batterys?

yeah wont work charging that high shit gonna start frying...and only way i know of is to run a second alt that is separate from your cars electrical system..would have to be a dedicated alt strictly for you system and separate alt for your car
Thought about this but no room for 2 alts.

Yea some things might not work. Get a 14v bat and it'll charge at 16v and you should have less/no problems!
me and.my friend talked about that too. I see 12 volt batterys go to 14 volts and 16 volt batts go to 18. And.I.never see 14 volt batterys lanbled as 14 volts

I was talking to a friend about running some 16 volt batterys off my singer ho alt. But he says that because they will charge to 18 volt it will kill my cars electrical? Is it true? And.if so how can.I get around that. Thanks

I love my focals I just got. They sons amazing too bad they don't fit in my car. Mine were kr2 components and 165 kf crossovers. If you want top of the line for low line class I might be able to sell you mine

Well I went to put the new speakers in my car last night well I have like some plastic thing in my door made to fit the speakers but the focal is wideand won't fit unless I dremel out a slot to let it slid in. And I really don't want to do that. Any ideas?

I don't care what shit ppl say. It wasn't my car it wasn't my sub. It wasn't my amp and I didn't dd1 it nor was I there when it blew. And the wire is ma audio I think not 100% sure

Any one else help with this problem? I want to run 16 v daily but if it will be a problem I want a way to fix it help is appreciated
