ok so right now i have 2 12 inch eclipse aluminums. there dual 4 ohm and there rated for 500 rms and 1000 max. i had 1 of them running off of a jl 500/1 but then i bought 2 more and have the 2 of them on the 500/1. id like to upgrade to a new amp but im also not trying to spend alot. id say the most i want to spend is 300. i have been looking at amps and just wanted opinions on wether or not they were any good. heres what i was looking at:

ive heard if the amp is not cea compliant it is not going to put out the stated rms power. just looking for opinions to see if these are any good or would i be better off trying to buy another used 500/1 and use 1 amp to each sub. if anyone has any other options that would also fit in my budget please let me know. thank you for any advice
