Well.. Here's within the dimensions you've given the way I would do it. (Which doesn't matter, I know) Just take a look.. You would still have to bend that aero since it would only be 2" from the wall of the box. It can still be tweaked a bit, but I think it'll slam in there.

Ok I got it. As Blackedout mentioned, have you considered firing both port and sub to the rear? And maybe even a slot port instead. It's a bit easier to get port area out of a slot than an 8" tube that you're going to have to bend all over the place to get tuning that low. As for fitting it inside the car. Does the rear seat come off with little hassle? Sometimes it's easier to get a larger box to fit from the inside rather than trying to twist, spin and shove it into the trunk opening. Wait.. Is this for an XCON 12 or 15? You've got me lost here. You have .35 cubes for sub displacement and a 3.8 net. You have in your calculator 15" height but 17" current setup..?

It wont turn over.. Elaborate. Does it just make a 'clicking' sound when you turn the key? Or does it actaully crank but not start? Or do you get nothing at all? Turn your high-beams on and have a buddy try to start it. If the headlights dim right out, you have a bad connection somewhere..

25 cubes before port and 21 after..

You said you wanted to tune pretty low, but I can't see building a wall for 25hz. So, here's 21 cubes @ 33Hz with 300" port area for two 18's. I would add some bracing as well. but you get the idea.. Sketchup's fun as all hell.
