  1. Okay will do. Thanks. Didn't even think of that, I am a slot port fan..so I normally lean that way.
  2. Ah okay, I'll update it later, Thank you for clearing that up. I am basing my info off of car trunk dimension...that's why all of them are mostly 34-36" wide.
  3. Is it just me, or does this yell cancellation ? It looks sick though. You got some skills to do that on beer, I drink beer, I get drunk, I screw up on the box I'm building...lol..ofcourse I can't drink beer no more.. Got diagnosed with Acid Reflex.
  4. That's actually on the small side, specs for SA 12s are 1.75-2.25, sometimes even 3.5 is a little small as they like larger boxes up to about 4-4.5 cubes. Little much on the port area too, generally around 12 is best Hmm I looked off the Sundown Website...I could've swore it was 1.5-2ft^3 per sub.. I based it off minimum recommendations...for more power to be ran to them
  5. 3.07. I cut off the list of the displacement and such. Recommendation is 3ft^3 volume for two SA-12s so I'm a little over the recommendation.
  6. No. I have an L port...it doesn't affect sound quality at all.
  7. 420! I'm high as a kite and free as a bird. Keep smoking :)

  8. Got bored, so I did a couple of designs for dual sundown audio setups. Down below consists of the Nightshade 10s and 12s as well as SA-12. Going to be adding a few more soon Subwoofer displacement, baffle displacement have been added
  9. If anything happens? Theirs? I lost Me 2, I would of understood if he meant he had it set with a dd-1 and if the speakers were damaged it would be their fault...but...yeah.. lost too.
  10. 4 1/2 hours at this post. Go figure they'd put me here.

  11. Here you go, if you want the cutouts...you're going to have to pm me.
  12. Do you have the manual for the sub...because I'm tired of looking for subwoofer displacement. Well I'm going to assume it's .35 for displacement, I'm starting on a sketch for your box. Will post in a few minutes
  13. need dimensions to work with: Width x height x depth.
  14. Sealed. Can't do ported...unless it's a single sub....you just don't have the space needed.
  15. Um, I dont' want to bring the bad news...but that's not really enough space for those subs, since they call for 3 cubs each...and just by looking at your dimensions...you're stuck at 6.43cubs without adding the displacement nor the port area. Unless you'll be overpowering them.
  16. I agree with this. Carpet could have been done much cleaner. If it was me I would recarpet it because it looks very uneven. No hate though, still a fantastic price for what you're getting famous saying goes, "get what you pay for"
  17. Exposed as "In your engine area" where it is exposed to water, air, humidity, heat. If you're so concerned about corrosion...get a gold one. lol
  18. Why do I have a feeling this is going to turn into a flame thread..... Box looks stable as a brick...carpet job looked like it was rushed.
  19. Well..mechman uses copper for their products, you'll see a lot of people using copper. I'm not going to recommend anything..cuz I'm pretty sure someone will flame my ass for saying my opinion.
  20. Copper is better than tin when it comes to being a conductor. Silver is the best.
  21. There...3/8 stud http://www.delcity.n...ils?item=906855....$8.30/pack of 10
  22. $.84 a piece...http://www.delcity.net/catalogdetails?item=907855 $16.89 for 20 of em.
