mine are rated for 1000 but can handle a bit more.
but what do you mean drop it down at that power?
-
alright thanxs to everyone.!
-
What port will come down to box and design
Idd build 7net for each with 90-95sq" of port each
Yes it's a bit small on the port but work well with theis on full tilt
How much power you throwing at them?
7 Cubic feet each? isnt that a little to much?
im not an expert on boxes but kicker says 12 cubic feet total for 2?
just confused. but thanxs and what do you mean by full tilt?
i got 2 t1500's one for each. wired to 2ohms so like 1600 to each sub.
-
Inverting the subs.? What benefit does it have?
louder? deeper? im confused help me out
-
Ok so i have 2 L7 15's
i want to know if it would be ok to build a wall
or just a box, i have plenty of space for either
i want it to get loud on the lows. real low!!
another question what kind of port do i need to get real low
aeroport or regular etc. and what kind of box as in like ported
4th order ect? help me out please
kicker recommends not going over 12 cu ft for the 2
just sayin

I need some help on how big to make my box. If I can i would like to build a wall. if it would sound good.
I can take out the whole back seat of 2000 toyota solora. not sure about the year.
I have 2 kicker L7 15's and 2 Rockford T1500.1s and 2 0 gauge amp kits.

for those t1500"s 1 amp per sub just to be clear
-

Plywood was ok to work with and mdf was a lot better, but particle board... No all my corners break off because I dont like to sink my predrill holes in, or whatever its called, I have to let the screws stick out a bit or it falls apart, I'm too impatient for all that work. I prefer mdf.
I like particle board. Very light and inexpensive.
no offense but particle board is horrible.
plywood would be the best.
he was joking, guess that went right over your head.
edit: and plywood isnt the best, BIRCH ply is what you mean, and they all have trade offs, there is no "best".
oh sorry didnt even think of that. and yah birch.
didnt really mean the BEST just what i like like to use
-
subs on passenger side as far as you can get them and port on driver side is best way to go
and yes the L port is the best way to go because when you have 2 of the same subs in same
enclosure its like one big sub if everything is done right.
-
ok well what subs do you all recomend
and why not the kickers? just asking
