  1. So here is one of the first emails from him

It is not my fault that it was shipped poorly. I took in. Told them where and said ship. I paid it. They picked the box out and all. As for it a T5002?! Idk where you saw that ? I bought this from a guy and that was not 500 watts to my 18 producing that much power. I am not responsible for the shipping and my knowledge of the amp was that it was a T2000. It slammed like a 2k . I've never opened the inside. So yea , idk where you found 5002. I owned for maybe a month or so. That's the risk you take I guess.

And here is from an email a week later

You bought an amp from a person from different state. That's the Risk you take.

  2. Make sure you send Paypal all the emails he sent you about getting screwed over. That should speed things up for your case. Don't respond to him being a dick either, might hurt your chances.

Thats my plan. I have not deleted any emails or text messages. When I called Paypal about 20min ago, they stated I might have to have those emails so I can take the dispute to my bank if needed.

  3. Paypal is still waiting for the dispute to run it's time. But based on the last email from this guy, I am gonna get screwed. I purchased a T20001BD from another user with only 100 posts and received an amp that looked and worked like brand new. So I guess assuming I would get to 2 great sellers in a row was a bad assumption.

I guess you both should read what has been posted.

Correction, the first amp I bought, the seller had over 150 posts. Don't want Mikeg321 getting in trouble for my miss print.

    You didnt answer the question.

Did you buy it from the seller through this forum or else where?

I bought the amp from him on this forum. He responded to a WTB???

  5. Bad seller/ripoff

User YoungTitan "Stephen Elmore" said he had an RF T20001BD he would sell. What actually got sent to me was a RF T5002. How you can mix up the 2 amps I don't know. He claimed he thought it was a T2000. He would not refund the money and take the amp back. The amp was not packed well in the box it was shipped in. The guy would not respond to me trying to contact him through PayPal or personal email. I decided that since the amp worked he only needed to refund me the difference of the price being that a T5002 is not any where near worth the what a T2000 is. He finally agreed to that and never refunded the money. the last email I got from him was stated "sometimes you get screwed when you order off the internet".
