all my ground points i did was were the factory wires were n i just switched em from 10guage to 0guage, thats all, n mine was so tiny i just got rid of it anyways, looks cleaner without the little black wires hangin there

hope that helps, or clears up any of ur questions, the only wires i left was factory alt wire, n just ran a wire str8 from the alt to battery pos threw a fuse holder, n wala and on the secondary battery, it depents really when i first added my extra battery my mids n highs amp sounded like it got a 100w boost in power, my mids are alot louder n midbass alot cleaner, n subs sound awesome to, but a extra battery helps if u run around 1000w or more, i never tried runnin anything around 1000w without a second battery or atleast a cap cause i dnt want to mess up anything

on alt wise, my alt is 70 amps n i done the big three in 0guage n mine flotes around 14.x volts, with air or radio full tilt doesnt go below 13.8, but i just replaced all my ground wires with 0guage due to the fact that they was only 10-12guage n wouldn't of helped any if they was still there or not, but if ur factory grounds are 4guage ied keep em n just add to it, n i just ran a wire from my alt to a fuse, then to a dist block( i have 2 batterys) then to battery pos, n make sure u sand the spot to bare metal befor u do ur upgrade n dont tightin the bolt or w/e u use to attach ur grounds cause the sheet metal is thin n it will strip, i stripped about 3 holes befor i got mine right, n has worked every since heres some pics of my big three if that helps from chassis to block from chassis to battery neg alt to fuse holder n dist block n battery pos, the round fuse holder goes to rear battery, the other one goes to alt

lol, we got about 4 table saws here but none costed $3,000 but then again if u do alot of cabnet work n what knot it would be worth it, i wasnt sayin the $60 was expensive but the $3k but u can never put a price on safety, ied get one if i did that much work but due to the fact that we already have about 4 or so table saws here that work fine i dnt need another, lol, not tryin to brag or anything but some ppl like to get inpatient when workin, like this dumb shit

for alternator ied go a lil over the amp rateing of the alternator, if its peak is 105 ied do 150, if its 150 ied do 200, just to be safe, any less than the amprage might harm the fuse tryin to push more current threw it, on my trucks big 3 in 0guage i got a 150amp fuse on alternator that doe s70amps, 250 to rear wire(was to a battery but i took it out when i took out my system), in my geo's big 3 in 4guage i got a 80amp fuse on the 75amp alternator, and i forgot the fuseing on the wire goin to the back but its 4guage also, and i have no probs yet so i guess it works fine
