My fi Btl 18" magnet cracked I plugged it up to a small amp only sending 1000 watts to see if the voice coil still worked and it did but I dont want to cause it anymore harm do you think that its ok or do I need a new one

Its probably your ground I recomend to get a good solid ground on the chasis (bare metal) and Since you are running a 1000 Watts you should upgrade to the big 3 and everything should be good

I have a kicker L5 basket and magnet and a alpine type E basket and magnet I was going to throw them away but I guess I could just give them away just pay for the shipping and you can have them or please give me instructions on how to properly dispose of them

I just recently purchased a Soundstream LW1 1.1100 amp on ebay before you start criticizing me saying that you should of had done some research first before you bough that but It was a rush because there was only 5 of them to start out with but then they started selling real fast and there was only 1 left so I bought it it was only $129.00 so I though it was a good deal and I was looking for a new amp to poweer my fi SSD because the 500 watt JBL wasnt cuttin it so basically did I screw my self by buying this amp

What type of 18 is it an obsidian...? 600rms, but it is the presale. a btl is out of your price range, even a 10 (shipping will kill you). The only DC that you could get for that is probably a used level 3 or lower series. I personally if i had 200 would get an obsidian sub, just have to wait til they are in stock again.
