  1. Think about it for future upgrades... i'm running a saz1500 right now, and i know il need something bigger when the NSv.3 comes out. So why not go all the way and not need to worry about it when I want to add another one... or 2
  2. Well I would use it for the current setup (at high ohm) but I would have a massive power plant for any future upgrades
  3. I have become extremely interested in the NS1 simply because of its efficiency, I plan to eventually run a single NSv.3 15 (when ever they are released) @ 2 or 4ohm (because NS1 @ 1ohm would nuke that NS) So, basically would this be a good idea? I would get slightly higher SQ at higher ohms and the NS1 would be more than capable of putting out the needed RMS at high ohm loads. Not to mention the awesome efficiency of that amp
  4. wow no way, I have a pair in a 34Hz tuned box, the box was made for the copper coil cone. Does the SPL coil change the sub enough to make a re-cone or re-tune necessary? btw Thanks for that info Jacob
  5. I recently bought a pair of SA-12's, they are in wonderful condition, the seller noted that they were re-coned with sa-12X cones by sundown. What kind of cones are these? are they superior to the basic SA-12 Cone/Coil? Thanks!!!!!
  6. The load is split between the two AMP's, so a 1ohm total would be .5ohm for each amp..
  7. I have a SAZ-1500D v.1, for subs Iv got 2 SA-12 D4's with SA-12X cones. With wiring the set to 1ohm should I get another SAZ-1500D v.1 and strap them to the subs? It would put them to .5ohm each but I figure 4 XS 3400's would keep them safe. Or should I just get a bigger amp? like a SAZ-3500D? Thanks a lot for the info and I know it will be pushing a lot to the subs in either situation.
