ill take some, there isnt that much room, there is enuf room for subs under niether the seats,but then no room for amps, so i wanna put them behind...ill take pix when im done eating

ok ive made up my mind, i have shit for space, and even a shittier stock sound system so here is the plan, i wanna run 3 rockford 8" p2's off a t1k (would that b to much?) and then another question is this, they come in dual 4 or dual 2, is there anyway to get, with three, the final load betweet 1 and 2 ohms? also a few ppl have told me the back seat part of the seat comes down...mine does not have the lever, just the bottom comes up...so how would i go about taking the back rest down, and is there room for 2 amps back there? tyvm

ok, so here is the thing, i dont really wanna wait 40 days for the re, i dont really care for pioneer to much *(had bad experience with them)* so i was thinking of running 4 8" rockford p2 dual 2 ohm, if im correct i can make those 4 1 ohm final load and run them with a t1k really nicley

ok, but if there if enuf depth for that box, the i may be able to do something with 8" subs, they only have a mounting depth of around 5" (damn near same as shallow subs) plus i think some p2 or p3 8"s will sound better than shallows, i was thinkin 4 8"s off a t1k, either p2 or p3...prolly p2...what you guys think

so if i was to sneak 2 10"s in a box maybe 20 inches deep, 30 inches wide and 8 inches tall, sealed? do you think any sub would sound good in it if its around 5.75 mounting depth and not pure spl...cause personally im not a huge fan of alpine, but i just wanna get the most bass i can with the situation i have..if u kno what i mean

the bottom folds up...thats where i was gonna make a box for 2 10"s, so i guess what i wanna do now is, take the single seat that the bottom comes up, put 1 amp on the bottom, and put 1 amp right under the seat (screw it to the seat) so its like 2 amps on top of eachother (if thats ok, ima get a 800.4 and t1k, i think there same size) then on the dual seat part i can make a sealed box (i dont think i have enuf room for a ported) for two 10" or 12" subs, you have any ideas for subs around 5.75 mounting depth? that pound in sealed boxes, plus whats the upside downside (no pun intented) to downfireing subs...and upfiring subs

also the box im looking at is a sealed box that takes up all the space of the back seats, no place to mount the amps, any suggestions there? also whats better down firing, or making them fire up into the seats *the seats are leather, idk if that matters* and i need some hard hitting 10"s that are around 5.75 in mounting depth..no larger oh and ima need the space for a 800.4 and a t1k for the subs, so they have to b ran by that, and i need to find a place to mount both amps and 2 subs..omg it would b much easier if i could take down the back part of the back seat..

thats ideal, and i would give my left nut to do that, but i carry around a quad nvm i take that back, id like to keep both of em..

ok, so i found a box that i might be able to make work...but i wont have a place for the amps, but here is my question, are there any subs under 6" mounting depth that will pound very hard in a sealed box? i dont have the space for a box big enuf for ported or vented (no competeing it sounds like) but idk what to do

its not a migrane its a gd bullet in the head, its a 04 f-150 fx4, i love the truck alot, but cmon ford, why not make it easy for me...i REALLY REALLY REALLY!!!! i wanna go with a dc lvl 4, but idk if ill have enuf box for a single 10 or 12 under the seat, i think i can make the amps fit somwhere else...but then again no damn room for a second battery...fuck ford...USE THE SPACE BETTER!!

lvl 4 10" mounting depth is 6.25, the 12" is 6.75" ive heard those babys get loud and sound good doing so, but i dont kno if there is enuf space for a nice ported box for 1

i have the kicker subs, they get pretty loud, but are shitty for lows, i looked on the re site and still no news on the shallows, if it comes down to runnin shallows id like to run the re's, but idk!!

cant, i have not much space back there as it is, and i have to take 4 ppl to school every day (wtf, only 1 of the ppl im related too, not right...im no taxi!!) but yea, i just want the most bang i can get with the space i have...i like alot of bass, i had a idea of putting a box on the seat and havin a 15" would have been great, but that isnt gonna work

one more thing i was just thinking of, if i have about 8 inches of depth under there, hell even 7 1/2, i could still do my dc's but would the box be big enuf for two 10"S if i have maybe 20" width, 35" length and possibly 8" heigth, i just wanna get the most amount of bass i can with the space i have

off the t1k that should b about how much power, ive heard from several ppl that the t1k makes 1500 watts at 1 ohm...plus how good would 3 10"s or 12"s sound under the seat? would it get loud?

im not wanting to cut a hole in the back, nor can i use a box cause i carry around my quads and what not, the back seat does not come down (wtf ford) i love my truck and im not bashing, i was thinking that since those re's arnt out yet, and since im sure there gonna be hella expensive, how bout i put both amps one on the ground, one mounted to the seat under the single cushion, then put 3 10"s unless i can fit 12"s under the big part, my question is tho, the rockfords come in either dual 4 or dual 2 ohm, is there anyway to make the 3 subs, whether there dual 4 or 2, make them 1 ohm final load? cause thats what i need for the t1k
