  1. Thats not a dumb question you can run a postive from the front to the back and run a negative from the front to the back. In the postive wire you need to put a fuse just after the battery up front and a fuse right before the back battery. Also you ground the back battery to the frame

ok, so keep the battery up front, run a fuse right up front and one right before i get to the battery? and i should run both ground and possitive to the battery up front to the batter in the back or just positive and ground it on the frame, how bout 2 rockford 200amp fuse's will those work?

  2. Na man you will need more than that im not sure on how big the stuff that you had posted will be and how many batteries are you going to be running if you are only going to do one battery in the rear then that last roll i posted will be enough

i actually have kind of a dumb question, if i put a spare battery in the back, how do i wire it up? just run a positive from the original battery up front and then just run the ground to the nearest ground in the truck? id like to just throw a batter back there if i can find space, just nvr knew how that worked tbh

  3. Pinned Thread in the DC subforum:

    DC Subs Videos

Sounds like a pretty killer combo to me Logan...

    http://www.bcae1.com/spboxnew2.htm

so im trying really hard to look at how i should make the box, the top is going to sit on the seat and hold the sub firing up, i want it about 25 inches high 25 inches wide, 35 inches from front to back, then drop down to the floor (where leg room goes) and be ported for about 37 hz, im horable at trying to find out boxes, so im trying to use that and im having a hard time, any1 here good at making boxes and wanna give me tips or even make a diagram or demensions of the box for me, i would b so incredibly grateful

  4. Depends enormously on stuff like car, box, whether it's music or a burp... In the right car tuned to like 55-60hz I wouldn't be surprised if you could crack a 140 with that setup on a burp. With music and a nice sounding box tuned lowish, probably do middleish 130's I expect? A little more power wouldn't hurt, maybe 2000wrms to allow a bit of sorta headroom (lol?) / anger for short periods/burps? Mind you it's not going to be quiet :)

i guess i shouldnt be too worried about the db as long as it pounds, i like bass, but i just dont have as much room for it as id like, so as long as its loud bein fed 1400 watt rms then im happy

  5. Hey below the description it states this...

"You are bidding on a Brand New 1 pair of Rockford Fosgate Power Series T152s Component Speakers."

Plus the model number you are looking for to get power series is T152s. The one you don't want (if you want the power series) is P152s. So those one's on ebay/link you supplied have to be the power ones...

ok thanks, i wrote the guy a email a few mins ago about them actually

  6. ok thanks a ton

one more thing on the t1k, i just have a stock deck right now, which i plan on keeping till i have 3grand for the double din i want, can i run that t1k off of the stock deck with high input or w/e its called, or is there any other way to hook it up, cause i kno it dosnt have rca's

  7. its really hard to say. its all in the type of car, box design, what its tuned to, and power. power is how you get loud. more power the better. i can bassrace a 146-47db's with my setup.

    check my sig.

if i ran one LV 4, i could maybe get mid 130's.

its all in the build. CLUE: tune it high 36-37 hz, you'll get your 130db's

    ok thanks a ton

  8. I tested my T1Ks at 1400watts & change @ 1ohm. I'll go ahead and predict a 138 from that setup.

T1Ks can be picked up for around $250 used. When HDA gets goin again they'll have the factory refurbs for $300. An RF T1K will walk all over the over-rated Hifonics 1606. The 1606 is only good for around 1200watts.

    ok thanks a ton..=)
