your jeep should not have that much of a problem unless your alternator is going bad slowly, second like LoudBimmer said 2000 what system just need a second battery, you dont even need 1/0 guage wire for that system its intended for 5k or higher you could have gotten away with 4 guage also if you are still interested in an alternator depending on the certain models you can have Mr.Alternator build you one for your specs and in some cases you can get a 450 amp alternator but you will not need that and its not meant for everyday driving either. http://www.mralternator.com/ He is reasonable prices and good quality used to order them from a shop we worked at in chi town he has very good customer service too. PS. if you plan on upgrading your system make sure you get the right amp output your gonna need for future use

Here is my System Built when i was 19 for my Ride I have 6 12 in EarthQuake DBX's 2 EarthQuake PHD2 AKA the Shredder and 1 EarthQuake PH800.4 for my mids and Highs im running a set of Kenwood Excelon 5.25 and 1" tweets 6 tweeters and 4 mids, with a ps2 back in the day when they came out with a Pioneer AVX P7000 unit and in dash tv when it all began lol Heres the shots dont have the build pics from that long ago but do have the pics from what i took at the MECA Comp in 02 man some major air pushing. This System was current until Last week The car Got Totaled out and Im sad to see it go ill miss this car Never had any problems with the system or the car 2/6/2012

Nah not just to get the stuff been building car audio since i was 14, im working on a new one now but still have my old one from 9 years ago you know the usual 6 12s in the trunk lol working on a bandpass thru the ceiling for new on used to do this stuff pro at Music In Motion in Chi town do i just post it anywhere then put a link in the entry though
