    Does CA glue dry instantly when the accelerator is sprayed on it?

      It just hardens the outside. The inside still takes a couple days to harden.

      I got a bad recone and didn't realize it after I glued my sub together. Cut it out and was doing the prep work 2 days later and the inside was still a bit soft

      I did my first recone and I'm not a fan of the activator now...if you have powdercoated stuff watch out it turned my pink basket purple wherever it touched...and it seems like it makes a top layer of brittle glue over the wet glue still..Next time im just clamping no activator
