Question. As of right now I'm running a core i3 3220 processor, which only supports pcie 2.0. My motherboard and chipset DO support pcie 3.0 and has a 3.0 slot. Now, would my system still work if I tried to utilize the 3.0 slot (with my 3.0 video card) even though my processor only supports 2.0? Will my CPU just run it in 2.0 mode?
