  1. Thanks a lot guys.

fyi this is the cut list i will go in with:

    Cut List

    top and bottom: 3x - 38"x22"

    front: 32.25"x18.75"

    sides: 2x - 21.25"x18.75"

    back: 37.25"x18.75"

    port: 14.75"x18.75", 10"x18.75", and 3.75"x18.75"

    45° corners: 5"x18.75" in the port, 2x - 3"x18.75" in the chamber

bracing: Using 2x2's, cut one 18.75" long and another 20.5" long. Also, cut 2x - 4" triangles to better brace the left side of the box.

  2. Yea buddy lol, they are plenty loud for daily driving and just bumping around friends, but in this current setup, they're only pushing a 136 on the TL. I want to be "that guy" that gets 140+ on one 10 :) Trying to get on that ThorsHammer level!

140 on one 10 holy shit bro good luck

    Lolz

Start with 1/4 wave theory to find peak of your vehicle then reply back when you find that number.

    listen to this guy^

  3. just from scanning the details here it sounds like something inside the box is coming loose behind the left sub hole maybe? did you check out the inside of your box? just trying to help

I appreciate the help man :) nothing I can see or find.. Box has a shiz load of fiber fill also so I don't think anything would rattle if there were something rattling..

Well maybe someone more knowledgeable can help you here but....If it comes down to it, maybe a video to explain this "rattling"? I hope it's not a 'knocking' bottoming out sound

  5. Yeah I think I'm going to stick with two 1500's strapped if I decide to upgrade. Doing the math for a 4500, at 13v I would need 549.45AH's, even with my 220 alt I would need around 362.45 AH in battery reserve.

Strapping two 1500's at 13v will only require 384.6AH my alt will bring that number down to 195, and a bt 120 and 2 BT-20's will be nearly a perfect match.

Electrical is a bitch aint it.....:D
