Swapping your gears could help your speed, and a set of headers would make it sound better and add some power

if you are looking for a good chip look at the superchip cortex, they have four modes including factory settings. if you are willing to shell out the cash a cam kit would increase your horsepower, but wouldnt do so well with your fuel economy
