I came up with this for you. It is meant for 3/4" wood. I had forgot to compensate for displacement so tuning should change slightly when a sub is installed. each chamber is about 2.08^3 before displacement and is tuned for about 32hz before displacement. I can always redesign it a bit for you if you'd like. Perhaps you could let me know what side of the box you want your ports and sub cut outs to be. there is also right angles in the ports so if you want smoother corners I can add that to the redesigned box. I can also make a complete cutting list for you.
