We are not currently authorized with Pioneer. Any warranty claim will be handled by us and will be treated in the same manner that Pioneer would treat their claims. Our warranty department sees that every claim is handled properly and that every customer is taken care of. As for the "Authorized Internet Retailer", we agree the placement is very confusing. I went in and manually removed that line from the product page. It's a bug that our system has where it inserts this line into Pioneer product descriptions, since we did have a relationship in the past. It's an issue that our web developers are working on. I hope this clears some things up. If you have any warranty related or manufacturer relationship type questions, feel free to ask! We are an open book.
