  1. ALPINE doesn't make a Marine PDX-4.150. The head unit was a hand me down from her Toyota FJ. All of our UTV's are 100% Glamis Sand Dunes used only. No rivers, no creeks, streams and next to no rain during the season.
  2. Yep. I'll post up the complete build of the shop owners personal 2 seat LSX 1400hpTT when I have some extra time.
  3. I stopped by the body shop to install the doors real quick, still need to spend some time squaring them up but you get the idea.
  4. This is my plan for the motorization. I used an old cd drive and an iPod cradle with charging, left, right, and video outputs. Modified the drive to hold the iPod cradle. I still need to extend the cd drive eject button. I will do that after I get this project off to paint.
  5. Sub box almost ready for poly prime. I sank three 1/4-20 T nuts from the top of the cabinet to bolt the sub box in. They will be blended in with Marglass so they wont be seen. ]
  6. Touch latches and lock cylinders installed. Sub box mocked and resined.
  7. Blocked with 150g. I have a 8W3v3 and a Punch 150 laying around that will be worked into this project some where. One panel guide coated. I'm glad that round of sanding is done. 28 hours into the doors so far. I have some more old school Rockford I might as well use on this project.
  8. I started this top cabinet for my Mac tool box years ago and never finished it. I am without a project at the moment so I decided to finish it. Plans are, a flushed in monitor for computer, XM with ALPINE XMA-T200RF controller glassed in, pocket doors, and sprayed yellow to match tool box. The Marglassed speaker grill that I have done will be removed for a flush grill. So far I sanded the entire cabinet, removed raised speaker grills, blended in the monitor with Rage Gold, cut out for the XM control, and made a trim panel to hold a piece of plexi that can be back lit with a logo or some thing, still not sure yet.
  9. My friend's rc airplane-Mulitplex Zeno with a GoPro strapped to it.
  10. And that's a wrap, until she decides to add more equipment.
  11. She is very please with her system but she wanted to add a head unit, so she bought an ALPINE ida-X305. I swapped out her X001 for the 305 in her FJ Cruiser. The X001 will be going in to the RZR.
  12. We took our RZR's out for their first trip. We broke them in good, 128 miles in one day from Parker to Lake Havasu and back. Not too bad for her first time behind the wheel of a Side by Side. The girl tore it up.
  13. Now on to the second set of coaxils as per friend's request. "Make them fit" she said. No need for a sub grill now.
  14. 4g ran through liqui-tight pop rivited to the frame with adel clamps. Not going anywhere.
