1x 3" per sub
or 1x 4" for 2 subs
1.45-1.5 is a bit high for that much power
shoot for 1.2net with 2x 3" ports
side not with both of them port @ 17" in 1.2net your going to be @ 41hz
so youll need to extend them 27" each for 33hz
you could do 1x 3" @ 13" 32.5hz long but you may get some port noise, if its in the trunk you may not notice or care just beware it might be there
and idd use the soundstreem @ 2ohm giving 450 a piece

Is there any reasonably priced box designers out there?? I'm only looking to design a few so I don't want to spend $250 on something incredibly bad ass that won't get used too often.

that amp makes 500 @ 4ohm, 1k @ 2ohm
they should go pretty dam good at
idd say the problem isnt with the amp, its the wiring/coil config, and box
sort that out first, post some info on both
then and only then blame the amp

Depending side clearance,
Port accross the bottom out the side maybe a better option

So you want to go from 7net to within 7gross with a lower tune
Can't work out the tune but idd want to aim for 5net @28hz with 75-80sq" of port

It's for doing skirting boards and capping on wood walls and stuff
It normaly comes in a few hard wood selections and pine
I use the concave cornes, in some boxes, and resion over the top for a smooth curve on the corners,
There will be other sizes as well, I'm just not sure what store your way will stock,

You can buy 3/4x3/4 45deg at hardware for store for $2 per 3ft
It's in the edging section,
They also do concave radius as well

it would all be facing foward sealed off from trunk,
if you made it straight, you may have a harder time getting the subs in,
but you may be better waiting for some more to chime in with blowthrought experance.

you want a sealed box figure out how many cubic feet you want. LXWXH/1728 and then subtract displacement. What part are you hung up on? Being disappointed once you do it?
its even easier than that, as all kicker specs include the displacement of the sub
