Looks like Comcast is starting to do some blocking on behalf of the music industry, now is the best time to be an IT guy who has his own VPN server...

This is only by my own observation. They are blocking websites, it throws back phony page load errors that are obviously not the fault of the website you are attempting to access. I can get through to site "X" on mobile hotspot service (laptop connected to phone) and with my VPN on but not directly through my home connection (which is Comcast).
