  1. they called me before I got down to business today.. They are sending me a new battery I will either sell to get a new super battery, or run them for a bit and sell later.
  2. I sent XS Power an email and no response..I feel like they have just ditched my warranty claim. They've had my battery for 4 weeks from Monday. so its been 22 business days.. They claim on my RMA paperwork that evaluation would take 4-10 days... Really would like to know is going on.
  3. It was charged while it was idle. Made sure it was always between 12.7-12.9V~ What Volt meter do you use N8?
  4. If XS power batteries come back as returns under warranty everyday they have a bigger problem than losing me as a customer I suppose.
  5. It's really not sitting too well with me..Everything is wired up and ready to fire up, but waiting on the battery. I might just buy a Northstar and just sell my D975s when the other comes back..
  6. well hopefully it should be cake for them to get it back to me. It still never should have been in the condition it was in. My electrical was past sufficient for what I am running.
  7. I emailed them 8 business days into it and asked what the deal was. I expressed my concern with the weather, my build, exc. It wouldn't even take a 2.5A charge on my Ctek charger. I don't have a de-sulfation option on my charger if that even exists, or maybe its a myth. But the thing was shot, and was always on good electrical/wiring. I paid for shipping there. and I'm sure I'll have to pay for shipping back to me. Almost doesn't seem worth the headache anymore.
  8. They've had it for about 13 business days. Yes I filled out the RMA and proof of purchase paper work. exc.
  9. Anyone ever dealt with XS Power's CS when returning a defective product? I returned my D975 that was floating @ 11.9V and would not take a charge. Battery was 2 years old, but was only used for a year. XS Power has had my battery for almost 3 weeks now.. This is really holding up my build, and I am debating on dropping XS all together. Any encouragement and morale boost would be greatly appreciated..
  10. Thanks. Had no idea why I was interpreting it differently
