3 years, good job man. My record is 3 months, then went back on addy, and fiended for cigs. Ive tried quitting about a dozen times, E cig FTW currently. I actually started smoking to quit chewing, and I'm not going back to chewing.

i went cold turkey the beginning of this year, two nights ago i was drunk as fuck thought i wanted a cig, lit one up took 3 puffs and gave it to my buddy. i just couldnt do it. Good luck its all in the mind man!
