Forreal. There's guys that work with me that won't get in a truck unless it's all decked the fuck out and junk, pussies.
I'll drive anything they'll put me in. I've been driving a 97 Freightliner FL112 with a C12 cat and a 10 speed pulling a belly dump. Oldest day cab there that is set up to work a belly dump, radio whines like a motherfucker, and the ac kicks out when you throw it in 9th or 10th. But I love it. It's a running son of a bitch. Won't run as fast at the Mack 613 day cabs with the 500hp mack motors in them, but it'll tug 25 ton of rock no problem.

Guy looks like he had a stroke, but just drives the shit out of this old Pete. Twinstick, moves through every gear like a hot knife through butter... I've been in a twin stick truck once, and it takes some serious skill to run one down the road.

yeah it's over gvwr. GM vehicles generally have a lot lower GVWR's than comparable dodge and fords. A 2006 Silverado 1500 has a GVWR of 6100-7,000lbs, while a 2006 F150 like mine, option dependent, can be up to 8200lbs. My truck is a 7700lb GVWR truck, and it weighs like 5850 or 5950 empty. It's pretty baller. I could tow a fairly sized 5th wheel with it.
Good thing DOT won't ever fuck with you brian. If you were a commercial vehicle, they would give you all kinds of hell over being over weight.

those dyno operators were stupid fucks. they high centered a chevelle with a 502 the other night at SCT in OKC. Scrapped the rockers for a good 2 foot under the doors. After the tire incident, idk why 1320 brought them back.
