There is a HUGE difference between my old B-pillar Infinity Reference series 4X6s and my newer Rockford 5.25 components in the same location. There are things I've heard in songs that used to be so shrill before I never knew WHAT they truly sounded like. I agree, I used to think Infinity was nice, but they are bright as shit. Even the silk dome components are pretty harsh and not very detailed. have you used the t152 i believe its the 5.25 that runs for around 100 a set? i was looking at those speakers to put in my car. you mentioned before if you want to go better than rf theres other options, like what loud wise?

id use it for daily use. i wouldnt mind geting mid to high 40s. but i mean im not going to go crazy to compete, my friends just always tell me i should. i listen mainly to rap and dubstep. my max dimenisons like i said wide are 34, deep is 22 and height can be whatever necessary like you said all depends on how much of the rear windshield id want to see out of and it doesnt particularly matter that much. so my height can be 22 or can be up to 30 but idk when it would start to hit the rear window. -

the width is the max and the depth is the max aswell all i can do is add height, and alot if needed. the box will just end up looking wierd if it is wide and tall but not very deep -

really? alot of people have said that the box wouuld be too small for like 2 15s for instance with my current dimensions. but i believe ya, im looking at AQ, FI, and SSA's. for 2 15s possibly 2 fi ssds or aq hdc3s. for an 18 maybe a SSA XCON or a AQHDC4 or maybe a bl idk money is tight at the moment. -
hey guys i have a question so for with my hatch in the back i got about 34 across, around 21 or so deep, and then the height (can be anything but for this purpose ill say a dimension) is 22. from what i understand these given dimensions are around 7 cubes. with these dimensions in mind (if more cubes needed height can be higher.) what types of builds could i go with? mainly can i get 2 15s in that kind of box or 1 18? or 3 smaller woofers or anything? any help can be greatly appreciated! id be looking for a daily driving set up.if you guys can help me out i thank you!

sorry for double postng but i gues the midbass/ midrange is those middle notes so you would have to pair them up with a higer ranged speaker to get the high notes? so you couldnt just buy these youd need other speakes aswell -

i just dont understand alll the different types of speakers, and what the difference is between them. theres midrange, midbass, loudspeakers, full range, 2 way, 3 way, 4 way, i just dont really know what each of these different types of speakers have to offer. i just want some speakers that will get loud, (loudspeaker ? ) and isnt the 2 way when they throw a tweeter in with the cone? if someone could clear up some of the different types it would be appreciated thank you! -

Alright and the amp he gave me i believe is 225 x 2 @ 4ohms apparently. I know it won't do quite that much but I think it'll be able to do 100 or so. It's the 2400 one.
