  1. He sells them in pairs, so you'd be getting a power and ground block per pair. I've been in touch with him on the exact ones, they're safe for the amp; you'd just need 2 additional fuses per input. Granted you'd need to do a wrap or 2 of electrical tape on the positive to prevent arching, just from being close together and super conductive aluminum. He has a website, not 100% updated though - http://toolmakermetalworkz.com/ You can get them either with or without the voltmeter input.

  2. Not on the team, and not a dealer. Working on a dedicated build but with a few hiccups it won't be done until late this season, but by golly she'll get done. In an odd car at that. Ha. Hitting SBN up friday night, and not coming back home till Monday. Northeastern Florida resident as well. I don't see too many people on a daily basis that are super into bass. If I do they're stuck on JL or Kicker. And its like meh.

Cody, where at in NE Fl?

  3. With the right battery reserve, high output, etc, the 4500 should be fine. I'll be running a 4500 on a 170amp high output with an XS power d4800 and 2 s975s, all ofc 1/0awg wiring. Such a low high output alt because I have an odd car and a custom build isn't within the budget. Steve ran the zvx15 on the 2500 @ 1ohm if I recall. But 2 Zvx 15s will survive the sk4500, just watch the tuning. Since your using CCA wire, I'd suggest doing double runs to the amp, so dual-dual inputs. Toolmaker sells dual input blocks for about $30 a pair.

  4. carbon red now works (for the paid members)

    working on the rest now!

Still waiting on my silver member ship status to get approved I guess haha. No biggie. Really enjoying the browsing speed so far. What other goodies are we getting this year to the site? :-)

damn, how long ago did you pay? i don't remember seeing it!

Only a few days ago, Paypals marked on the 28th. Feels longer but you got bigger fish to fry with the upgrades and updates, haha.

  5. So far so good ha. Door's were fun to get installed, had to bore out some 1" spacers to clear the windows. Hopefully ordering a Sk4500 within the next week. Was going to go with a pair of VVX12's until the summer before jumping to ZVXs but it looks like they'll be out of stock until the VVX v2's come in next month.

  6. Just driving home from work and figured I'd let the video speak for it's self. Extremely impressed with the midbass and tweeters. Gotta deaden my doors and I should get a lil punch back in my doors. I've got a set of Skar's vxi65s in the rear deck; tweeters eventually getting glassed into the c-pillars, surface mounted right now. The other set, mids in the door with tweeter in the a-pillar. Tuned the 85.4 with the DD-1 and CC-1. Playing Decaf's Day Dreaming instrumentals off zip21 and Party Tonight from Right Side of the Tree on the way to work sometime last week.

    Day Dreaming - Decaf Zip21

Party Tonight - Right Side of the Tree

Not the best picture quality since I recorded them on my phone. Trying to get ahold of a good camera for demos and shows, know of any shoot some info my way.

  7. Actually, If its easier I would like one giant amp that would power the two subs above 1500 but below 2000 (would have to make my box bigger don't want to do that) I don't even have any of the necessary equipment to set gain or cross over on both amps.

Where are you located at? If we can help you find someone local with a DD1 and CC1 that could make your install easier, reliable, and safer on the equipment.

Sorry about that - they should be working now - or very shortly. I have my web guy on it!

You guys were on a minivacation :P Just some bad coding I'm assuming from the website transition.
