What all does the kit include?

Do the shims come with the kit? If not, what do I use for shims.

CA Glue & Activator. How exactly do I apply these. Obviously lay down a nice bead of CA Glue but do I mix the activator with the ca glue, put it over the ca glue or under it?

What exactly is the process? I've read the how to recone a subwoofer thread, but it wasn't as specific as I had hoped. It was more or less straight to the point.

Electrical tape a terminal on the tip of the 0 gauge. Take a razor blade and cut the opening of the firewall open just a tad bit. It was meant to be air tight, so just give yourself a little bit of extra slack with the razor blade, and be careful not to cut any of the other wires during the process.. The terminal will help a bit, otherwise it's like pushing a limp rope through a keyhole.

Honestly, I'd be EXTREMELY cautious when running the wire under the car. I ran mine through my center console, and under the carpeting between the two back seats of my car. It's out of sight, don't have to worry about the possibility of my car catching fire from the wire being damaged and it's clean & out of sight.

Probably because the 45s most people use take up extra cuft. Instead of getting tight triangular shaped wedges that fit perfectly in the corner.
