  1. Just make sure you have the big 3 done and that all of your terminations are done proper.

    Maybe this will help:

Adding batteries helps reinforce and stabilize your voltage around the 12.6v - 13.2v range depending on a few factors. No amount of batteries will help you above that range. Your alternator is what gives you the high 13's - 14's that you want to see.

If your voltage is dropping below 12.5 ish then you need more alt and battery usually. If you hold high 12's when wanging on it then your battery is doing it's job, but your alt is not enough.

Also, make sure you are using a good voltage meter and not a turd.

  2. A pair of Rockford Fosgate Series 1 12's in an Obcon bandpass box, pushed with a Punch 100. 1994 or so? First time I understood what the fuss was about DJ Magic Mike CD's.

Ha! I remember a period when I thought there was nothing better than an Obcon box. Always wanted one of their bandpass boxes in my trunk, but they were out of my budget lol.

  3. The guys driving by in Blazers, Broncos, and mini trucks. Never knew what they were pushing. I took a single home audio cabinet, had a 12 a mid and a tweeter in it and hooked it up off of deck power in my 93 Nissan Altima (stanza) . First "real" car audio I had was 2 JBL 12's in a pre fab box on a kicker 300 watt amp. I swore it was the loudest system, ever lol. Wish I knew the models of everything.
