if anyone lives in NY, possibly on or near long island, then Avenue Sound in Patchouge is hosting a SPL, SQ, Bassrace comp as they do every year on Saturday June 9th and Sunday June 10th. The past few years have been awesome and every year they get some major companies down there to sponser some new cars. Maxxsonics, JL, and Tsunami were there last year from what i can remember. tons of cars, bikes, food, and giveaways.

Since i just installed the 18" BTL and RFT30001bd, i am selling my old system. These were in my car for about 1 1/2 year and are in perfect condition. The fosgate amp is the 2004 T1001bd, and puts out around 1150rms. The 3 MMATS Audio 2.5's are rated at 400rms each and ive had them for about 3 months. i really want to sell them all together but if your interested and want to buy something individually let me know. The whole thing (RF amp, and 3 subs) i will let go for $500. edit: i will have pics up on tuesday may 15th

yea i hear you on that one dude. for some reason no explode jus dint work for me and my friend told me about the white flood and i grew. (i also changed up my diet as well). but yea def give that routine a look, it pretty cool

amatt, check out somthing (google it) called the DOGGCRAPP method of training. it helped me off the plateau i was stuck on withinig a week. It was created by a traniner named Dante. as a part time job working in a nutrition store for a year, ive heard incredible feedback from it. i think its definatly worth a shot ya know

guys go to the Controlled Labs website, their products are insane! they have a forum just like this one and is set up very similar. They have product called White Flood, its twice as good as BSN's NO Explode

damn steve, i feel bad for the drivers hearing after this is done. its awesome that you have your son startin young, i cant even imagine what his car will eventually sound like.
